BOSS Quality Services was started on July 1, 1995 and has succeeded in maintaining consistent quality service from that time.

The business has mainly survived on repeat business but has been of service to 100’s of businesses during its existence.

Many businesses have been with BOSS Quality Services for over 10 years.

The business has expanded from writing, developing, implementing, auditing and maintenance of Quality Management Systems to including Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Management, Painter Contractor Certification Program (PCCP) and other requirements of management systems for businesses in Australia.

The total package offered is an ‘Integrated Management System’ combining all business management system requirements.
All systems are based on AS/NZS ISO 9001 standards as the core elements of all other appropriate standards are the same, although the description or names applied to the elements in each standard may differ.

The proprietor of BOSS Quality Services has an initial mechanical and refrigeration trades background from RAAF training and has business management and supervision Production Engineering certificates. His associate who services the Sydney, Woolongong area is a structural engineer with CAD/CAM and engineering drawing experience. He then moved on to Operations and Site Management positions in manufacturing, and service focussed businesses, and is a Certified Quality Technician (CQT) and Lead Auditor.
